James E. Guckin

James E. Guckin passed away in his home on January 1, 2025; he was 80 years of age. Jim lost the love of his life, Cecelia (nee Mahoney) Guckin in 2022 and his son Robert in 2019. He is survived by his loving children James Guckin Jr. and his wife Katie and Myklyn Mahoney Hine and her husband Jamie, and his cherished grandchildren Jaime Hine III, Ava and Aedan Guckin.  
Jim was the son of the late William and Marie (nee Hutchinson) and grew up in Philadelphia. In September 1963, he enlisted in the US Air Force and served until Honorably discharged in July 1967. During his working days, Jim worked as Union Plumber. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1731 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. His visitation begins at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment is private.
